When you attempt to complete your quarterly filing, does your system seem to be stuck in Demo Mode? This may occur if you’re using older versions of Sage 100 ERP.
If you’ve already installed all the interim release downloads (IRD) and this continues, check the system registration found in Library Master | Setup | System Configuration | Tab 3 – Registration. Confirm that you have the new customer number from Sage; using the old customer number may cause the system to remain in Demo Mode.
If the system is still in Demo Mode, the “SY_FormeFilingVersion.M4T” file may be corrupt. You’ll need to obtain a new file from Sage to replace it.
